We brew three standard beers and one seasonal beer in the traditional style of the German Purity Law of 1516.
We have neither filtered nor pasteurized beer, so we keep the valuable ingredients.
Our light beer has a slight cloudiness. This is not a Quality defect, but a sign that it is fresh.
If you want to know more about brewing beer, our master brewer Frank Schumann will be happy to show you around our small brewery and explain to you in a professional manner how our beer is brewed and how our schnapps is distilled from it.
Unfortunately, our beer is not available in a six-pack, but you can buy beautiful beer syphons with a capacity of 2 liters from us and have them refilled again and again.

Would you like to have a cool beer with your football game in the evening? in this case, we got the right thing for you. Our 2 liter glass siphons should not be missing in any household. Once bought, you can always have it refilled with one of our four house beers.
And should friends come along, there are also our party kegs:

The deposit fee for the barrels of EUR 50 must be paid in cash when you pick them up.

Beer and liquor tour
The beer and schnapps tour lasts about 1 hour and includes the tour with our master brewer or the head of the house.
There are also three beer tastings as well as a schnapps tasting and a 10% discount in our brewery shop.
Up to 15 people can take part in a tour. If you are a larger group, we can also split them into two groups. The tours currently take place from Monday to Thursday.
Beer and liquor seminar
The beer and schnapps seminar lasts about 1 hour and includes a guided tour with our master brewer or the head of the house.
There is also a main course (either knuckle with sauerkraut and dumplings or Wiener Schnitzel from veal with French fries), three beer tastings, a schnapps tasting and a 10% discount in our brewery shop.
Up to 15 people can take part in a tour. If you have a grlarger groupppe, we can then divide them into two groups. The tours currently take place from Monday to Thursday.
